Kidnapped Iranian pilgrims arrive at Mehr Abad Airport

Minutes ago, 48 released Iranian pilgrims who were kidnapped by Syrian rebel fighter groups in last August, arrived at Mehr Abad Air Port.
Mehr News reported that 48 kidnapped Iranian pilgrims in Syria, released by wide campaign, and entered Iran minutes ago. According to this report, a welcome ceremony will be held in Mehr Abad Air Port at 19:00 local time, with pilgrims’ families and officials of Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

These pilgrims were kidnapped in August, 4th, by rebel fighters in Syria, when they were going to Damascus Air Port and were released after 5 months.
