Large Convoy of Rebels Leave Homs City for Idlib

14 buses provided by the Syrian government reportedly arrived at the Al-Wa’er District to transport the remaining Islamist rebels from inside the provincial capital of the Homs Governorate to the provincial capital of tthe Idlib Governorate.

In addition to the arrival of the 14 buses, several aid workers from the United Nations arrived in the Al-Wa’er Districr to treat the wounded Islamist rebels and civilians as part of the ceasefire agreement that was put in place last week.

The Islamist rebels of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) and the Syrian Al-Qaeda group “Jabhat Al-Nusra” will be transported to the Idlib Governorate in two phases; today marked the first phase of the ceasefire agreement.
