Larijani congratulates Muslim counterparts on advent of Eid al-Fitr

Iran’s Majlis Speaker, Ali Larijani, has felicitated in a message to his counterparts in Muslim countries on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, which marks the end of the holy month of Ramadhan.

According to ISNA, in the message, he congratulated this auspicious day and emphasized vigilance in the current sensitive circumstances in which security, peace and progress of Muslim nations are put in jeopardy.
Larijani, in his message to Muslim counterparts, called for deepening and expansion of brotherly ties, and Islamic solidarity as well as proximity among different schools of thoughts.
The Iranian Majlis speaker cautioned against baseless prejudices and ethnic discord as a real danger to unity and solidarity, stressing religious commonalities among Muslims as a strategic key to maintain and reinforce stability in Islamic countries.
