Larijani stresses removal of quake-hit regions’ problems

The Iranian Majlis (parliament) speaker arrived in Bushehr province to review the condition of the quake-stricken regions of Shonbe and Tasouj.

According to IRIB, at the moment of his arrival in Bushehr international airport Ali Larijani said that after visiting the quake-hit regions we should embark on removing problems.
Pointing to the ratification of a law in the Majlis on reconstruction of the regions that are hit by natural disasters, the Iranian speaker made it clear that the law stipulates expedition of reconstruction and assignment of responsibilities and resources dedicated for the quake-hit people.
An earthquake measuring 6.1 at Richter scale shook parts of Bushehr province, south of Iran, causing around 40 dead and 1050 wounded.
