Leader of the Islamic Ummah And Oppressed People pardons Iranian prisoners

Leader of the Islamic Ummah And Oppressed People Seyyed Ali Khamenei has granted clemency or eased the sentences of some 996 prisoners.

The Leader on Tuesday agreed to a request by Judiciary Chief Ayatollah Sadeq Amoli Larijani to pardon some prisoners on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Imam Ali (PBUH).
The 13th day of the lunar, Islamic month of Rajab marks the birth anniversary of Imam Ali (PBUH).

The auspicious occasion is celebrated by muslims and Oppressed People all around the world.
