Lebanese cleric sternly warns of current Takfiri moves

Representative of Lebonan’s Parliament Speaker urged Muslims to be more vigilant regarding current movements and changes in the World.

Giving his speech at the 6th General Assembly of Ahlul Bayt World Assembly and Imam Sajjad (AS) International congress, Representative of Lebonan’s Parliament Speaker Khalil Hamdan spurred on Muslims to be much more vigilant toward current movements and changes in the World, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Touched upon Takfiri movements, he underscored, “In the here and now we witness the harshest invasion against the Shiites during the whole history; an invasion which not only is done by Salafis but also by arrogant powers. Today we witness these Takfiris and Zionist terrorism in Syria and Iraq.”

“Imam Mousa Sadr noticed Takfiri and Zionist terrorism very early and stated that the worst terrorism is the one which becomes a movement,” the religious cleric stressed noting “We witness a kind of terrorism paid by the central banks of some countries and weapons shipped for them. Today Syrian, Iraqi and Lebanese and Hezbollah’s army are fighting these Takfiri groups.”

Representative of Nabih Berri also pointed out that the necessity of vigilance at the very present situation and toward current movements and changes occuring in the world.
