Lebanese Security Services Arrest ISIL Official in Hermel

Lebanon security services arrested Monday Syrian national on charges of belonging to ISIL terror group.

National News agency reported that tate Security branch in Hermel arrested Monday at dawn Ahmed al-Rahil, as he was on his way from Hermel to the Bekaa.

The Syrian national, who entered Lebanon illegally from his Syrian town of al-Tabaqa in al-Raqqa, confessed during interrogation to being a religious official of ISIL organization, according to NNA.
