Milad un Nabi (Mawlid) 2018- ‘Wahdat (Unity) Week’

Sunni Muslims observe the Prophet Muhammed’s (also known as Mohammed or Muhammad) birthday on the 12th day of the Islamic month of Rabi’ al-awwal, while Shi’a Muslims mark it on the 17th of this month. Muhammed (SAV) is the last prophet.
Imam Khomeini (rh) ordered all Muslims to celebrate the ‘wahdat week’ so that enemies of Muslims and Islam could not make this an excuse to create difference among Muslims.
