Militants Admit Large Casualties in Dara’a Clashes with Syrian Army

The Takfiri terrorist groups acknowledged on Wednesday that they have sustained large casualties in recent clashes with in the Syrian Province of Dara’a.

The terrorist groups said a large number of terrorists were killed in Dara’a in a new setback to them as the Syrian forces, backed by the country’s warplanes and Russian airstrikes, continue to advance against the militants in multiple fronts.

Several notorious terrorists, who have been standing high in the wanted list, have been identified among the terrorists’ casualties in recent clashes with the Syrian army in the province, including Qassem Mohammed Mousa al-Masalma, Nour al-Radi and Ahmed Mohammed Jumaa al-Amor of the so-called “Islamic Muthanna Movement”.

On Tuesday night, the Syrian army killed a number of ringleaders of the terrorist groups in military operations against their positions in Dara’a province.

The army destroyed vehicles and positions of senior terrorist commanders to the South of al-Arab’ain School in Daraa al-Balad area in the city of Dara’a on Tuesday night, a military source said Wednesday.

The Syrian troops also destroyed terrorists’ positions in al-Manshiyia neighborhood and to the South of Bosra Square in Daraa al-Balad area.

Also on Tuesday night, the Syrian army struck a heavy blow at terrorists from al-Nusra Front in the Northern countryside of Dara’a as the army continues to tighten noose around them.

The army troops targeted a position of al-Nusra Front to the Northwest of al-Gharyia al-Gharbyia Bridge on Tuesday night, inflicting heavy losses on them, reports said Wednesday.

Meanwhile, some 14 Takfiri terrorists were killed in a blast while they were making explosive devices in the countryside of Dara’a on Tuesday.

Over 14 terrorists from the so-called “Islamic Muthanna Movement” were reportedly killed in a blast in an explosives-making workshop in Tafas town in the countryside of Dara’a.

The blast took place as the terrorists were making explosive devices at the facility.
