The Leader of Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Khamenei receives Basiji voluntary forces

The Leader of Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei receives a large group of the Basiji voluntary forces from across the country on the occasion of the Basij week.

According to IRIB World Service, The Leader of Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei said during the meeting, “Putting forward question form the president was a positive measure because it indicated both the sense of responsibility of the parliamentarians and the readiness of the government officials to answer; but continuation of the act is the very thing the enemy wants and is not to the benefit of the system.”
The Leader of Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei referred to the Gaza issue adding, “The conduct of the Islamic countries was not proper. Those who claim (to defend) the Islamic world should show themselves.”
At the beginning of the meeting commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Major General Mohammad Ali Ja’fari and Commander of the Basij Organization Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Naqdi delivered a report on the activities of the organization.
