Minister of justice calls for Arab and Islamic action against Israel’s crimes

Palestinian minister of justice Mazen Haneyya called on his counterparts in the Arab and Muslim worlds to take action against the latest Israeli crimes in the Gaza Strip.

In a press release, justice minister Henayya said the international silence towards Israel’s daily violations in Gaza before the war encouraged it to commit war crimes without accountability.

He strongly condemned the UN position against the Palestinian resistance’s right to retaliate to Israel’s aggression.

“Resisting the occupation is a natural right enshrined in all religions, laws and norms that recognized the right of peoples to freedom,” the minister stressed.

He affirmed that the Israeli occupation state is under legal and humanitarian obligation towards the Palestinian people, and according to the statute of the international criminal court, Israel has committed crimes against humanity in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories.
