Moqawama.org Launches ’Resist and Play’: Battle Victories into Software Games

lvl120131207014456From the real battles and the divine victories was the inspiration.

And to the new generation endless stories of heroic men are to be told.

Because the resistance was and will remain the path, moqawama.org decided to immortalize Hizbullah’s operations against the “Israeli” occupier but this time through the virtual world.

The idea found its way into the “Israeli” media coverage , irritating the Zionist entity on more than one level: Hizbullah technological victories move side by side with its ground ones.

“Play and Resist” is the name of a new website launched by moqawama.org.
In its “Welcome” message , the site mentions that “it contains a series of games which tell the story of the resistance, its activities and its response against the criminality and the terror of the Zionist enemy in our region.”

To detail, “Play and Resist” offers a group of five flash-based games that recall important stops in the resistance’s history: from the early shots in Khaldeh to the 2000 Divine victory.

In addition to the game itself, the site offers an explanation of the activity or operation at hand. It even recalls some of the “Israeli” generals quotes, in which they declare how Hizbullah defeated them.
The first game goes back to June 1982, days after the “Israeli” enemy invaded Lebanon to reach the hills of capital, Beirut, i.e. Khaldeh.

In front of the Zionist massacres and aggressions, a group of resistance men decided to face the invincible army.

From there , a clear message reached Tel Aviv: An unprecedented resistance emerged, it is Hizbullah.
Another game goes back to 1968. A group of resistance men managed to launch a new equation against “Israel” and its Lebanese agents: Our fighters are ready to attack all your outposts. Thus , the game recalls the Sojod confrontations, in which the resistance killed and injured dozens of “Israeli” soldiers despite the intervention of the “Israeli” helicopters.

On April, 1996, “Israel” launched its Grapes of Wrath aggression against Lebanon in an attempt to undermine the resistance capabilities by attacking its civil population and infrastructure.
However, the “Israeli” supposed wrath turned to a curse as the resistance started a new phase under the Katuasha title.

An equation that was translated by moqawama.org into a new game that addresses the player into a more developed stage in the path of the Lebanese resistance.
Then comes the operation that killed Brigadier-General Erez Greenstein, the commander of the “Israeli” army’s Communication Unit in Lebanon, who died when the resistance men detonated an improvised explosive device against his convoy in February 1999.

In 2000, the blood blossomed into victory. Another flash game simulates how the resistance men attacked the “Israeli” army’s outpost in Azieh, announcing the beginning of the “Israeli” occupation humiliating defeat in Lebanon.
In addition to the games, the site contains an email address to which visitors are encouraged to send comments and suggestions, as well as ideas for new games.
Mohamad Younis, the manager of the “Islamic Resistance” site -interviewed by al-Manar TV- said “This is our small contribution to the great history written by jihadi fighters of the Islamic resistance.”

On the “Israeli” front, the site enjoyed a remarkable coverage.

Roi Kais wrote in the Ynet daily an article entitled: “Hizbullah Offers Young Jihadis Virtual Training Ground.”
As the writer followed up the “Israeli” track of classifying Hizbullah as the terrorist organization, he gave a wide explanation to the game.
“Game Simulates Attacks on “IDF”…. While [Sayyed]Nasrallah’s organization is partaking in actual war games in Syria and is taking on casualties against “Israel” the games remain within the frame of psychological warfare.”

Under the title, “Hizbullah Games”, Noa David wrote on the “Israeli” channel 9 website, that the game is part of Hizbullah’s psychological war.

Moreover, he cautioned that “the site presents a new website with a number of browser games simulating acts of “terror” against “Israel”.”

“This is just the beginning,” David warned.
