More Clashes in Syria’s Deir Ezzur: Army Continues Hunting ISIL Terrorists

The Syrian Army troops engaged in heavy clashes with the ISIL militants in the Eastern province of Deir Ezzur on Saturday, and hit their positions hard with light and heavy weapons.

The Army stormed the ISIL defense line in al-Ummal neighborhood of Deir Ezzur city and destroyed their military equipment with heavy firing.

In the meantime, the ISIL concentration center in al-Hweiqeh in Deir Ezzur province came under offensive of the Syrian soldiers, who killed or wounded dozens of the terrorists.

On Friday, the Syrian army troops repelled wide-scale attacks by ISIL invaders in al-Jafra village in Deir Ezzur, after inflicting large casualties on the Takfiri terrorists.

At least five militants were killed as the Syrian army repelled the ISIL attacks in al-Jafra village in Deir Ezzur.
