Morsi ready to change constitutional decree: Egypt PM

Egyptian Prime Minister Hesham Kandil says President Mohamed Morsi is ready ‘to change’ the constitutional decree which grants him sweeping powers as the opposition calls for anti-Morsi protests to continue in the streets.
