Mosul’s Josaq district liberated by Iraqi forces, zionist ISIS emir killed

Iraqi forces have liberated the Josaq district from ISIS in Iraq’s second largest city, Mosul, IraqiNews reported. The liberation also resulted in the death of a senior ISIS leader.

“The Federal Police’s Rapid Response forces have liberated the Josaq district, and have also taken control over the fourth bridge from the western side,” head of the Joint Operations Command’s operations in Nineveh, Lt. Gen. Abdul-Amir Yarallah, said in a statement.

Five bridges connect eastern and western Mosul as the Tigris River divides the city.

Al-Sumaria News quoted a local source on Monday as saying that an ISIS leader of Dawasah district in central Mosul were killed with another three terrorists after a fire fight with Iraqi forces.
