In order to foil the plots hatched by the enemies, Iran needs to focus on further self-reliance in economy and management of economic sector, said MP Hamidreza Tabatabaee Naeeni on Sunday.

Referring to designation of the New Year by Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei as the year of ˈEconomy and Culture with National Drive and Jihadi Managementˈ, Tabatabaee Naeeni said, ˈIn the New Year we have to gain remarkable achievements in culture and economy.ˈ

The lawmaker called for a new approach to national production, improvement of the quality of domestic products and boosting industry and agriculture.
