Muslim Unity Conference to be led in practical conduit
Grand Sheikh Ahmad al-Zein, Prominent Lebanese cleric and member of the general assembly of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of thought in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) praised the unifying proposals in the annual Muslim Unity Conference that have to b e practically pursued by all Muslim countries, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

He said, “Renowned elites participating in this conference return to their countries and the achievements of every conference are published in brochures and books which is quite admirable but the strategies for realization of the final results and also solving political and social problems have to be found.”

Lebanese Sunni figure highlighted the realization of Muslim unity as a religious mandate and noted,” The present atmosphere of the world necessitates that we maintain our unity while the western countries have achieved unity but they spare no effort to breach unity among Muslims.”

Member of the general assembly of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought lauded the center for efforts to bring the followers of Islamic denominations closer together and reiterated,” These efforts have led to many possible grounds for disagreements lose their potentialities to wage sectarian and religious intrigues.”

He warned Muslim countries over the plots hatched by western countries, particularly the US, saying, “Some Muslim countries have turned to a field for practicing the decisions made by western governments and also battlefield for civil wars and that mandates increasing vigilance of the Muslims.”

Grand Sheikh Ahmad al Zein also stressed the necessity of avoiding religious prejudices and said,” Islam recommends us to avoid bios though stand against the enemies of Islam powerfully and determinedly.”
