Nasrallah thanked Lebanon army, people contribution to Resistance

Hezbollah Secretary General Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah has lauded the sacrifices of Resistance in Lebanon.
In a speech during the women’s organizations Iftar in the “Islamic Resistance Support Association in Mabarrat Khadija Al-Kobra, , Nassrallah asserted that: ” The sacrifices of the resistance in Lebanon were great, and I am talking about the sacrifices of the Lebanese army, the security forces and the people, especially women and unarmed civilians and tens of thousands of martyrs and wounded and tens of units that were destroyed and livelihoods beside the national economy”.

“Lebanon is a country of sects and is governed by the composition of communities and to the extent that inter-ethnic relations are tense and when that tense is governed by the logic of hostility noting can not be moving in Lebanon, everything in Lebanon takes a sectarian dimension, and what is running now is to destroy the relationship between communities and push it to the farthest extent of of enmity in order not to leave any link for meeting and understanding, down to the stage of bombing the country and end it,” he said.

Hezbollah leader said ” Israeli since the first day wanted to target the resistance that fought to liberate the land and restore the dignity and the preservation of national capacities. It is targeted because it is a strength and pride, Israel started killing and arresting the leaders of the resistance and attacking by military wars, and attempts at political isolation, nationally and internationally and all this has been failed even assassing our leaders was counterproductive”.

He added that there is a part in Lebanon is in connected to a major project failing in everything, the grim black and desperate faces that we have seen in August 2006 are doing more than that, we must face through validation, make sure and ask about the truth and the attention of the targeting based on the national level.

“As the Resistance was at the good opinion of yours, it will remain so proud of your support and you will be proud of it’s victories,” he concluded.
