Iran’s president said the trip to New York was the beginning of a task full of ups and downs and a change in the world look at Iran.
According to Tasnim News Agency, the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad zarif added the Iranian president’s journey to New York indeed started a difficult trend full of ups and downs to change the global look at the Islamic Republic of Iran and create conditions.
Zarif made it clear that the Islamic Republic, through continuous exchange of views at the sideline of the UN General Assembly session, reached the stage of constructive engagement and national dignity at the global level; and this needs patience and tolerance against criticisms.
The Iranian minister of foreign affairs also said that the Islamic Republic of Iran has stepped in a very serious and hard job at the international arena and it needs to pursue people’s rights patiently in the negotiations.
Mohammad Javad Zarif, who had been to New York participate in the 68th UN General Assembly session, arrived in Tehran on Friday evening.
In addition to accompanying the president at the UN General Assembly session, the Iranian foreign minister met and conferred with some of his counterparts from different countries.
