Nigerian Islamic Movement Leader Sheik Zakzaky Speaks on Prophet’s declaration of his mission on 4th day of Ashura

In the continuation of Ashura mourning gatherings at Husainiyyah Baqiyyatullah Zaria , Sheikh Zakzaky spoke on the coming of the Prophet after he previously explained the uncivilised society of the Arabs who spent long time in the situation;
at a time only very few among the Banu Hashim were practicing the religion of Ibraheem (AS); at a time when the people of the book were not on the genuine teachings of both Isa(AS) and Musa (AS).
So, the Prophet started his mission secretaly among his household. The news started spreading among the Quraish. Having a man who received revelation among Banu Hashim made the the Quraish to develop envy of Banu Hashim. The propeht came at a time when he was expected as the news of the coming of last prophet was known even among the idol worshippers.
He started his Da’awah b calling his kinsmen to the religion of Allah. Oneday he prapared a thanksgiving after which he declared his mission to them and seek for a helper from among them. only Ali anwsered the call to be the helper and the Prophet said to them that Ali will be his successor and helper after him.
The prophet continued with his invitation to Islam but only few anserered among the Banu Hashim. However, Abu Dhar who lived in desert embraced Islam. He is a man of good virtues, he never pertook in robbery as it was known with his people of Gifar. He happened to get the news of the emergence of Prophet in the desert as he was rearing his animals by a hyna.
So Abu Zarr went to Medina and discovered the holy Propeht and believed in him. Persecutions of Muslims in Mecca was the order of the day, yet Abu dhar declared his acceptance of Islam publiclay in Ka’aba where upon the Quraish molested him up. They later realised that the Man was from Giffar village- a route followed by arab caravans. They decided to leave him alone for fear of revenge from Giffar people as they passed through Gifar. Abu Zar returned to his village and made it a must that all Arab caravans must confess the Shahada before they could pass Gifar, though, it did not mean that all caravans emabraced the new religon. They just confessed for their safety.
Later the Prophet publically declared his mission by calling all all the other tribes. As he called for a gathering at a time only a person with unblemish quality could make such a call. The Quraish could not find any blame with the Prophet in all the aspects of the arabs which they took pride in like parental background, honesty, justice etc.
The Prophet (SAWA) was nicknamed Sadiqul Ameen, the trust worthy. he settled disputed among the Arab tribes with regard of placing back the hajr Aswad. The prophet is undisputed even among the Arabs, still didnt believe him out of envy. Abu Lahab too refused to believe the Prophet (SAWA) out of envy.
