A protest rally in New York City has condemned Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton over her pro-Saudi and Israeli stance at the expense of Palestinian ordeals.

Protesters on Sunday rallied outside Clinton’s campaign office in Brooklyn, just two days before the New York state primaries.

They carried placards and chanted slogans against the Democratic frontrunner.

The crowd stood outside the presidential candidate’s campaign office holding Palestinian flags and placards which read, “Stop Killary.”

Protesters accused her of militarizing the US state of New York as well as selling weapons to Saudi Arabia and providing military aid to Israel.

“Hillary Clinton has literally been getting away with murder in this campaign” said one protester, adding that “she is responsible for arming dictators all over the world.”

The demonstration comes as Clinton faces severe pressure for refusing to challenge Israel over its use of military violence against Gazans during a debate with her Democratic opponent Bernie Sanders.

Many of the US presidential candidates, in particular Clinton, receive large campaign funding from wealthy Jewish donors who have strong ties to the far-right wing in Israel, experts say.

Last month, speaking at the annual policy conference of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), Clinton even criticized Republican rivals for having a “neutral” stance over Israel.

She said American leaders needed to show loyalty to Israel and “anyone who doesn’t understand that has no business being our president.”

The US government is pressured to serve Tel Aviv’s interests due to the influence of the powerful Israeli lobby in the United States. The pro-Israel pressure groups actively work to steer US foreign policy in favor of Israel.
