Obama’s Dirty Game in Iraq

President Obama likes to remove foreign leaders, often replacing them with even worse leaders. He did it in Egypt and Libya and he attempted to unseat Assad in Syria.

Every intervention has ended in disaster but it doesn’t stop him. He will do anything to win a political point. Mr. Obama was so anxious to end Al-Maliki’s regime that he didn’t want to hit the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) because he found them useful in squeezing Al-Maliki out.

He gave an interview to Tom Friedman at the NY Times. This is what he told Friedman:

The reason, the president added, “that we did not just start taking a bunch of airstrikes all across Iraq as soon as ISIL came in was because that would have taken the pressure off of (Prime Minister Nouri Kamal) al-Maliki.” That only would have encouraged, he said, Maliki and other Shiites to think, “We don’t actually have to make compromises. We don’t have to make any decisions. We don’t have to go through the difficult process of figuring out what we’ve done wrong in the past. All we have to do is let the Americans bail us out again. And we can go about business as usual.’ ”

The internal battles in Iraq should have nothing to do with stopping what is a threat to the United States and much of the world.

Obama also said that he did not want to see victors or vanquished. He thinks a war can end in no winners or losers when one of the players is Satanic.

Obama was willing to let ISIL rape, maim, and murder so he could get rid of Al-Maliki. They were useful?

The ISIL has been beheading babies and children, raping and murdering their mothers and hanging the fathers. They’ve been burying women and children alive. Today, they cut a five-year old in half.

Obama was willing to use children and innocent people and let them suffer so he could manipulate events to his will.

Obama has only launched 15 bombing raids in Iraq but needs to wipe ISIL out. It’s unlikely he will do that and it’s hard to know since he has no visible strategy.

George Will quoted Napoleon on Special Report tonight, “If you start to take Vienna, take Vienna”. Obama is no Napoleon and he won’t take Vienna.

The ISIL is evil incarnate, but Obama exhibited his own special brand of unconscionable behavior.
