disclosed more secrets of al-Qusair battle that ended up in the liberation of the whole town and its countryside.

The source said the battle was launched according to a new strategy following guerilla warfare tactics, especially dedicated for this battle, because a large number of fighters on both sides are guerilla warfare professionals.

Syrian Army first launched an attack in which it controlled 40% of the town, especially the western, eastern and the southern exits and entrances; however it was costly as for soldiers.

The source says that “after that a process of systematic-gnawing started in which outskirt towns were gained; however, the main reason was to control al-Dabaa airport” and “eventually, the massive airport was liberated; this airport has ammunition enough to stand a whole month of fighting”.

After that the front of al Qusair was ignited anew, but opposition that aimed at a Battle of attrition to distract both Syrian forces and Hezbollah, lost their same attrition war where Lt. Abd al-Jabbar al-Akeidi came from Aleppo to seek a settlement

Hours of negotiations between doctor Qasem al-Zein from al-Qusair and one of the dignitaries of it via (Skype), led to surrendering the town in a televised speech.

The leaders of the brigades quarreled among one another, no outcomes emerged and the Front re-flared, so the decision was final… an immediate and decisive ending.

At last Wednesday 4 p.m. “al-Qusair’s Coordination” said on (Facebook) “shells collide with one another due to the intensity of bombardment”, simultaneously elite groups swept the town from all sides while armed groups fled an abandoned loophole leading to al-Daba’a.

One of the military officers who oversaw the operation: “their escape is what’s requested”, two hours after, al-Qusair was liberated.

Only of al-Qusair’s countryside, al-Dabaa, al-Buaidaa al-Sharqiah and two small villages were left as well; soon all were liberated almost with no engagements.

Surprisingly, hundreds of four-wheel drive cars, Trucks and motorbikes were found near al-Buaidaa al-Sharqiah with ammunition and heavy weaponry in some of them.

Apparently, only light or effective weapons were taken through the pre-made tunnels.

As a result, al-Qusair’s countryside was fully liberated; militants who stayed in their positions were killed or caught while the rest fled to take part in other battles.
