Over One Ton of Drugs Seized in Iran’s Southern Province in a Day

Police forces in Iran’s southern province of Hormozgan confiscated 1,140 kilograms of narcotics in separate operations in only 24 hours.

The province’s police commander, General Azizollah Maleki, said on Saturday that in a single operation, 400 kilograms of hashish and 382 kg of opium were seized in four vehicles.
