Peaceful Change Parties: Syrian People Only Decision-Maker in Their Internal Affairs

A number of peaceful change parties convened a conference at Dama Rose Hotel to discuss preparations for Geneva 2 conference.
The Coalition of Peaceful Change Forces announced that it is not participating in the conference as it was not consulted concerning its timing or agenda, SANA reported Saturday.

The participant parties and forces stressed in the final statement that the Syrian people are the only decision-maker in their own affairs ”and no regional or international country has the right to make decisions on their behalf.”

They called for resuming the internal national dialogue and addressing the impacts of the crisis, considering that some ”opposition” have wrongly claimed to be representing the national opposition as a whole.

The parties also discussed laying down a unified vision for solving the crisis in Syria.
