Photos: Reinforcements pour into northern Hama

The battle-hardened Qalamoun Shield forces sent hundreds of reinforcements to northern Hama after insurgents evacuated the Damascene suburb of Al-Tal.

They are reportedly preparing for a long-anticipated offensive to capture the cities of Taybat Al-Imam and Morek, ultimately reversing all the rebel gains from the most recent Hama offensive.

Notably, the main forces deployed on the Hama fronts right now are the 4th Division and the Qalamoun Shield paramilitary following the Tiger’s deployment to Aleppo city where they have managed to make giant breakthroughs on several axes effectively capturing most of the area under jihadist control in the Syrian economic capital.
