Preparatory committee of the 9th Int’l Cultural Martyrdom Festival on June 12, 2013

The preparatory committee of the Ninth International Cultural Martyrdom Festival in the Imam Hussein holy shrine announced the schedule of the first day of the festival which determined to be on June 12, 2013.

The schedule includes some activities which begin with a speech delivered by the Sayed Ahmed El-Safi, on behalf of the Secretariats-General of the Imam Hussein and El-Abbas holy shrines, and then a speech would be delivered by Sayed Salih El-Haideri, the chairman of the Shiite Endowment Bureau, in addition to some poems about Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) would be recited.

It’s been mentioned that a large number of delegations from various countries are expected to attend and participate in the festival.
