According to Press TV, in the inauguration ceremony of three nuclear achievements on Tuesday, Ahmadinejad said, “They caused restrictions and issued threats, thinking that the Iranian nation cannot achieve nuclear energy.”
On Tuesday, the National Day of Nuclear Technology, the Iranian president issued the order to launch Shahid Rezaeinejad yellowcake production plant and Saghand uranium mines in Ardakan as well as the country’s first industrial electron accelerator in the city of Taft.
Referring to the recent negotiations between Iran and the 5+1 group (Britain, China, France, Russia, and the US plus Germany), Ahmadinejad advised the group to cooperate with Tehran since no one could obstruct the Iranian nation’s path toward achieving complete nuclear technology.
The Iranian president added “The best way for you is to cooperate with Iran… The world must be managed through the cooperation of all nations.”
He said Iran has already become a nuclear country and no one is capable of stealing this title.
Noting that the time of colonialism and slavery have long been over, he reiterated that the world should be run through cooperation and coordination because all have an equal right to manage the world affairs.
He further slammed the way the hegemonic powers are addressing the Iranian nation and said they have to respect nations’ rights.
