President Rouhani: All will witness economic breakthrough within 6 months

President Hassan Rouhani said on Thursday that gradual implementation of the Geneva accord will lead to an economic breakthrough within the next six months.

Speaking to reporters, he said the positive impacts of the Geneva talks will be revealed in the near future.

Economic sanctions on petrochemicals, shipping, insurance, auto parts and banking systems will be lifted within the said period, said the president.

Lifting of economic sanction will lead to economic boom and grounds will be prepared for foreign investments in the country.

President Rouhani concluded his regional tour and left Abadan for Tehran Thursday evening.
