President Rouhani Stresses Full Obedience to Leader of Islamic Ummah Imam Khamenei’s N. Redlines

Khamenei-and-Rouhani

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani underlined the government’s full obedience to the Leader of Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei’s policies, stressing that there won’t be any nuclear deal with the world powers in case they emphasize inspection of Iran’s military sites and access to scientific secrets.
“The government is fully obedient to the views of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution and we will never ink an agreement which allows anyone to access the country’s scientific and military secrets,” Rouhani said, addressing the administrative council of the Northwestern province of East Azarbaijan on Thursday.

He also stressed that in case of any nuclear agreement, Iran will implement the Additional Protocol to the Non-Proliferation Treaty based on its redlines, and promised that his administration would never sign a deal that would hurt the nation’s honor.

His remarks came after Leader of Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei reiterated Iran’s opposition to the inspection of sensitive military sites and interview with the country’s nuclear scientists.

“As said before, no permission will be given for inspection of any military centers and talks with the nuclear scientists and other sensitive fields of study and intrusion into their privacy,” Leader of Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei said, addressing the Iranian cadets at Imam Hossein University – a renowned military academy of the IRGC – in Tehran on Wednesday.

“I will not allow the aliens to hold talks and interrogate the dear and distinguished scientists and sons of this nation,” the Supreme Leader stressed.

Leader of Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei also referred to the nuclear talks underway between Iran and the world powers, and said one of the challenges facing the talks is the other side’s bullying and excessive demands.

But Supreme Leader stressed that the enemies should know that the Iranian nation will not bow to the pressures and excessive demands.
