e3c169ca6309962a0228cafdd51904f6_LTehran Interim Friday Prayers Leader Kazem Seddiqi says there are red lines in the country’s upcoming presidential election and that no one is above the law.

Addressing worshippers in Tehran, Seddiqi said all presidential hopefuls should abide by the law in their campaigns.
He also called on the hopefuls to observe unity and solidarity, noting that candidates in all elections held after the 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran have enjoyed full freedom.
Seddiqi further pointed out that any group moving to sow division in the country is committing treason against the nation.
He urged the presidential hopefuls to observe ethical values in the run-up to the upcoming race.
The Islamic Republic’s 11th presidential election will be held in June and presidential hopefuls can register from May 7 to 11.
