Under the pretext of protecting Israeli settlers from possible attacks by Palestinians, Tel Aviv has been tightening its grip over main roads and highways in the occupied West Bank. Palestinians say Israel’s refusal to allow the Palestinians to use more highways is further proof of its apartheid policies.
