Rouhani hails Supreme Leader’s guidelines in new year message

Remarks by the Supreme Leader encouraged “the servants of the nation and the economic entrepreneurs,” President Rouhani said.

He appreciated Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People  Sayyed Imam Ali Khamenei’s special attention to the economic conditions of the country and naming the new year as the year of “Economy of Resistance, Production and Employment”.

The President assured the Supreme Leader that his government is closely following to implement general policies of the Economy of Resistance.

Rouhani also said that under his presidency, the country has witnessed significant growth in domestic production, while Iran’s non-oil exports have surpassed imports and an unprecedented number of jobs have been created
