Satanic Spanish Magazine Publishes Blasphemous Cartoon

Spanish political magazine El Jueves published a cartoon of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) on its cover, soon after protests rocked the Muslim world over a sacrilegious US movie and French cartoons.

Last week, French magazine Charlie Hebdo published cartoons of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) soon after protests against a US anti-Islam film provoked a torrent of anti-American unrest in Egypt, Libya and other countries.

The Spanish Embassy on Wednesday sent a message to its citizens in Egypt asking for caution in the event of any backlash from the El Jueves cartoon, but has not said whether it will step up security in other Arab countries.

“We’re still analyzing what steps to take,” a foreign ministry source said.

The anti-Islam film has drawn condemnation from numerous countries including Afghanistan, Egypt, Libya, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Iran, Yemen, Iraq, Pakistan, Somalia, Sudan, Morocco, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc.

The film called “Innocence of Muslims”, previously called Desert Warriors and Innocence of Bin Laden, is a 2012 anti-Muslim movie which insults Muslims’ Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). The film has been financed by more than 100 Jews and produced by an American-Israeli man in the US.

The film was being promoted by a Florida pastor, Terry Jones, known for previous Quran-burning stunts that angered Muslims in various countries.
