Satanic US, israel Isolated by Islamic Awakening

The growing waves of Islamic Awakening which have caused popular uprisings and ouster of the US and israel’s allies in the Middle-East and North Africa have isolated Washington and Tel Aviv, a senior Iranian Army official said, and added that the US and zionist israel intend to distract the world’s attention from their isolation.

“The Islamic Awakening isolated and severely weakened the zionist regime and the US,” Mohammad Ali Al-e-Hashem said in Iran’s Northeastern city of Mashhad on Sunday.

“This is why they always speak about military threat and war against independent countries like Iran,” he added.

Since the start of 2011, the region has witnessed a growing wave of popular protests resulted from people’s growing awareness and vigilance.

Tunisia saw the overthrow of Zine El Abidine Ben Ali in a popular revolution in January 2011, which was soon followed by a revolution which toppled Hosni Mubarak in Egypt in February.

Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and Libya have since been the scene of protests against their totalitarian rulers, who have resorted to brutal crackdown on demonstrations to silence their critics.

While Libya celebrated the victory of its revolution after the death of the country’s dictator, Muammar Qaddafi, in October, uprisings continue in several other Muslim states.

After the fall of Israeli and US allies and puppet regimes, now popular and Islamist groups and factions are coming to power in almost all the countries which have experienced uprisings in the last one year.

In Egypt, Islamists won a majority of votes in the country’s parliamentary elections late 2011.

In Tunisia, nine months after the ouster of dictator Ben Ali, Tunisians voted for a constituent assembly which will be tasked with writing a new constitution and charting the country’s post-revolution future.

The once-banned Islamist party, the Al-Nahda, won 90 of 217 seats, 41.47 percent, in the new assembly that will rewrite the constitution and appoint a president and caretaker government.
