Saudi -’Israeli’ Deal to Arm Syria Militants

Saudi Arabia has agreed with “Israel” to finance a deal, worth $ 50 million to buy the old weapons from the “Israeli” army in order to be sent to the armed opposition in Syria.

In remarks to the “Israeli” radio, a well -informed source highlighted that the deal “will include anti-tank missiles, machine guns, cannons, ammunition, light vehicles, spare parts, communications and night vision devices.”

“These arms won’t affect the “Israeli” army in the event they felt into the hands of the Syrian army or “terrorist” movements,” the source said.

The “Israeli” radio further mentioned that “both Turkey and Jordan assured “Israel” that they agree on transferring the arms through its territories.”
The deal comes as the Zionist entity continues to support the Syrian opposition armed groups on the logistic, military and media levels so that these groups continue their practices of killing, destruction and sabotage of public and private facilities in Syria.

Meanwhile, sources revealed to the Agence France-Presse that the militias in Syria prepare for an all-out attack to tighten control over Aleppo and its countryside in northern Syria.

According to the information, Saudi Arabia supports such an attack.

“Weapons and ammunition, including anti-tank missiles, are delivered on daily bases to Syria rebels for the battle of Aleppo,” an opposition source said, adding that Saudi Arabia had “decided to make the armed groups spread their control all over Aleppo and its countryside.”

The source added that “the next stage will be trying to control al- Assad Academy of Military Engineering, located at the southern entrance to Aleppo, a few kilometers from Khan al-Assal.”

For his part, a source close to the authorities told the agency that “the Syrian army is acting defensively because it is unable to carry out offenses because of the shortage in units.”
