Senegal asks for more Iranian automobiles

Senegalese Foreign Minister spoke of Iranian car manufacturers as important to help the country meet its need for cars.

On his visit to Saipa Corporation a low cost model of Saipa products was introduced to Madické Niang. Niang asserted that the model can be a suitable choice for low income Senegalese.

Niang referred to Samand, an automobile brand made by Iranian car manufacturer Iran Khodro, as being able to suit all tastes and budgets.

“If the two countries promote cooperation in the automobile industry, Iran can act a decisive role not only in Senegal market but the entire Africa,” Niang said.

Senegalese Foreign Minister also spoke of an agreement to receive 1000 tractors made in Iran.
