Sheikh Al-Bouti shows the real face of hypocrites to Muslims

“Sheikh Mohamed Said Ramadan Al-Bouti took impressive steps in showing the real face of hypocrites to Muslims and did his best to stand against Zionism,” said one of the Friday Prayer Leaders of Tehran, Hojjatol Islam Val Moslemin Sediqi, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Speaking in the mourning ceremony held for the martyrdom of the Syrian Sunni cleric, Hojjatol Islam Val Moslemin Sediqi highlighted the role of the top Sunni scholar, Sheikh Mohamed Said Ramadan Al-Bouti in the realm of unity and also in fighting against Zionism.

The religious scholar underscored that Sheikh Al-Bouti retraced the lifestyle of Imam Hussein (PBUH) and abided by the Islamic rules and instructions.

Hojjatol Islam Val Moslemin Sediqi also accentuated that the regime of Zionism is doomed to failure and will collapse in the near future.

Sheikh Al-Bouti was martyred in the recent deadly attack on a mosque in Damascus on Thursday March 21. Over 40 people were killed and more than 80 others injured when a terrorist blew himself up inside al-Iman Mosque

Bouti, 84, was a retired dean and a professor at the College of Islamic Law at Damascus University. He was known for his anti-terrorism stances and criticism of foreign-backed militant groups fighting against the Syrian government.

The mourning ceremony for the Syrian religious cleric held by the cooperation of Head of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, Islamic Culture and Relations Organization and also Ahl al-Bayt World Assembly at the Premise of Nour Masque in Tehran.
