Sheikh Yazbek: No Solution to Syrian Crisis but Through Dialogue

Head of Hizbullah’s Juristic Board, His Eminence Sheikh Mohammad Yazbek stated, “We do not assault anyone and don’t allow anyone to assault us.”

In a memorial ceremony of Martyr Osama Masarra, of the Lebanese popular committees, that defended its lands in Syrian territories from the armed terrorist groups, Sheikh Yazbek questioned those who call for the government to defend its people, “Did it protect and defend Lebanese in Syrian lands?”

He further called on the Lebanese to raise their voice in defense of the Lebanese inhabitants in Syrian lands being oppressed, reprimanding, “Excuse them, they are too busy with electoral laws and blocking roads, however we are not too busy, and we will keep the pledge, loyal to righteousness and the oppressed nation.”
Moreover, His Eminence stressed that “our sole enemy is “Israel”,” addressing those who consider themselves strong “to go and liberate sanctities and defend the Palestinian prisoners there.”

On another note, Sheikh Yazbek accentuated that there is no solution in Syria but by adopting dialogue and politics.
