Silence of Arabian govt. is betrayal to Islam

General Secretary of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, censured Arabian and Islamic governments for falling silent against the crimes and massacres perpetrated by Al-Saud in Yemen, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Househ News Agency, the grand Ayatollah beckoned the catalogue of crimes in Yemen and pointed to this very line that Arabian governments rely on some main powers and, “in the wake of that, they fell silent against the atrocities of Al-Saud in Yemen and do not side with the oppressed nation.”

General Secretary of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools underlined the same story happened in case of Israel’s attack to innocent people of Gaza and Arabian countries took the same stance they are choosing now.

Ayatollah Araki denounced Saudi Arabia’s military campaign against Yemen. “Al-Saud and its allied will pay what for their willful measures against innocent people of Yemen,” the senior cleric quoted Supreme Leader as saying.

Saudi Arabia launched its military aggression against neighboring Yemen on March 26 – without a United Nations mandate – in a bid to undermine the Arab country’s popular committees back by the Ansarullah movement and to restore power to Yemen’s fugitive former president, Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi, who is a staunch ally of Saudis.

Riyadh has also been blocking humanitarian aid to Yemen. Last month, it prevented two Iranian civilian planes from delivering medical aid and foodstuff to the Yemeni people.
