Sit-in in front of French Embassy in Brussels in rejection of aggression on Syria

The Syrian community in Belgium on Monday organized a sit-in in front of the French Embassy in rejection of France’s role in support of an aggression on Syria.

Mass crowds of different nationalities in addition to party, MPs and senior figures participated in the event.

Belgian MP Lurant Lewis stressed the need to find a political solution to the crisis in Syria away from any military aggression that will escalate killing and destruction in the country.

He called for putting an end to the support provided to the terrorists in Syria.

The participants chanted slogans denouncing the role of the French President Francois Hollande and rejecting war on Syria.
