Slaughterer Israel FM: Ashton doesn’t get world’s real problems

Israel FM
Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman has reacted to remarks by the EU foreign policy chief saying she does not realize the “world’s real problems.”

Lieberman made the remarks on his Facebook page on Friday after Catherine Ashton called on the Tel Aviv regime to reverse some of its expansionist plans in the occupied West Bank.

The Israeli minister said Ashton did not understand the real problems the world was facing.

Lieberman also added that the world’s real problems are the crisis in Ukraine and the conflict in Syria.

Ashton said earlier in the day that Israel should reverse plans to grab more land near the Gush Etzion settlement, south of Bethlehem, and to build new illegal settlements in the southern city of al-Khalil (Hebron).

The Israeli regime has so far refused to end settlement expansions despite international calls.

Tel Aviv has continued illegal constructions in the occupied Palestinian territories since a fresh round of talks with the Palestinians was launched last year.

The move has angered the Palestinians and drawn condemnation from many countries across the globe.
