Slaughterer Israeli troops kill Palestinian man in West Bank

Israeli troops kill Palestinian man in West Bank

Israeli troops have opened fire and killed a Palestinian man in the occupied West Bank.

Israeli security sources said on Monday that the Tel Aviv troops shot dead the Palestinian on a road near the city of Ramallah.

The sources claimed that the Palestinian man was part of a group, “throwing stones at Israeli troops.”

The incident comes just hours after Israeli forces shot and killed a Palestinian man at Allenby Bridge Terminal, at the border crossing between the occupied West Bank and Jordan.

Palestinian security officials identified the man as Raed Zeiter, 38, from the northern West Bank city of Nablus. Israeli authorities claimed that the man was shot after crossing the bridge and “attacking” an Israeli soldier.

Israeli regime forces launch incursions into the West Bank on an almost daily basis, regularly attacking Palestinians’ houses in the occupied territories and arresting activists and civilians mostly without any charges.

On February 28, Israeli forces attacked thousands of Palestinians mourning the death of a man killed by Israeli soldiers in the West Bank town of Birzeit. Five people were also injured in the attack.

On January 12, Israeli forces stormed the occupied West Bank city of Bethlehem and a nearby refugee camp, arresting at least three Palestinians.

The West Bank has been under Israeli military occupation since 1967. There are hundreds of checkpoints in the West Bank that have made life difficult for Palestinians.
