Soltanieh: Tehran to follow up its nuclear program

Iran’s IAEA envoy Ali-Asghar Soltanieh says Tehran is determined to follow up its nuclear program.

Speaking to Fox News, Soltanieh said Iran does not seek nuclear weapons and will not suspend enrichment.

He said no one would dare to attack Iran and any move on part of the Zionist Regime will be dealt with Iran’s iron feast.

Elsewhere in his remarks, Soltanieh refuted the IAEA Chief Yukiya Amano’s anti-Iran claim and said Iran is not after nuclear weapons and Tehran’s nuclear program is solely peaceful.

He went on to stress that Iran will never suspend its nuclear activities, including uranium enrichment, as is referred to in the UN Security Council resolutions.

He said Tehran would not allow any country to nock Iranian nuclear facilities’ doors whenever it likes to visit them.

He also rejected the point that international sanctions would force Iran to give advantages.

Sanctions would not have any effect and “we are decisive to follow up our nuclear activities.”

Soltanieh then touched on Iran-G5+1 talks, saying Tehran has provided the West with a chance to settle problems. “If you order Iranian people to do something, their response will be “no” but if you ask them to do so, they will be flexible.”
