Sunni cleric calls Imam Ali (AS) example for all Muslims

Mowlavi Abdul Hamid Esmaeel Zehi, prayer leader of Sunni inhibited Province of Sistan and Balouchestan called Imam Ali (AS) as a symbol of unity between Shia and Sunni calling the first Shia Imam as an example of true belief and practice, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

He quoted Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) calling Imam Ali (AS) the gate to the city of knowledge and underlined the particular position of Imam Ali (AS) as a great companion of the Prophet of Islam and a prominent figure in history of the divine religion.

Orator at Makki Mosque in Zahedan lauded all companions of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and expressed hope for more success in following the path of these companions.

Manager of Makki Dar Al Ulum in southeastern city of Zahedan underscored the necessity of purifying the society from sins and counted lack of practical moves as the greatest shortcoming in the Islamic society.

“All Muslims have to try for reforming their society and strengthen their religious beliefs.” He said and added as far as we do not improve our beliefs we will not promote in our deeds.
