Sunni scholar of Jargalan: Muslims should learn the lessons of Ashura

The Sunni scholar of Jargalan (Northern Khorasan), Akhound Dolat Galdi Nejahi highlighted the importance of Imam Hussein’s (PBUH) uprising in Muslims’ lives, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

“Imam Hussein (PBUH) stood up against the enemies just because of ordering to goods and avoiding from evils,” the Sunni scholar mentioned.

Akhound Dolat Galdi Nejahi underlined that the uprising of Imam Hussein (PBUH) against cruelty will not be erased from the history and will face the enemies of Islam with fiasco, paving the way for Muslims to gain victory.

“Imam Hussein continued the way of Islam Prophet (PBUH) and the effects of such uprising can be even observed in the present time and in Muslims’ lives,” Akhound Nejahi mentioned.

The Sunni scholar mentioned that Imam Hussein (PBUH) defended dignity and abhorred abjection. He stated, “Such features in the holy Imam reached him to the highest level of piety and obeying God’s orders.”

“Defending spirituality, justice and peoples’ right are the most beautiful scenes of war,” said the Islamic Scholar stating that Karbala uprising had these features in itself and because of those foresaid features, the rising is the most acclaimed war during the history.

“The rise of Ashoura should be studies and discussed by Shia and Sunni Islamic scholars,” Akhound Dolat Galdi Nejahi mentioned.

He went on,” the results and achievements of such uprisings should be delineated for the young generations and it is incumbent upon all the people to learn the lessons of Ashura and act based on them.”

In other part of his speech, Akhound Nejahi urged Muslims to take Ashura as their Models and through unity and rapprochement stand against the enemies and the arrogant world.

“Muslims should learn from their holy Imam (PBUH) and sacrifice their lives for the divine religion of Islam,” Akhound Dolat Galdi Nejahi mentioned.

“The salvation of Muslims is riding on defending right and the divine religion of Islam against their enemies,” the Sunni scholar of Jargalan mentioned.

“The movement of Ashura taught the lessons of resistance and sacrifice to all Muslims and we observe the effect of such movement in different countries around the world,” The Sunni Scholar mentioned.
