Syrian Army advances in the old Aleppo and controls al-Khalidia in Hom

Syrian Media sources say that Syrian Arab Army has achieved an important achieve in the old city Aleppo, while its units continue advancing to take control on al-Khalidia neighborhood of Homs.

The Syrian Newspaper al-Watan says that “the operations that are carried out by Syrian Army have limited the ambitions of Free Army militia in advancing to any area, where some of Syrian Army units have blocked the outlets of the armed men that lead to the northern neighborhoods of the city center from al-Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood and have controlled the surrounding area of al-Kabeer mosque.

The newspaper adds that “units of Syrian Army have advances in Qasta al-Haami of the old city and controls on the Aziza village on the road of Aleppo International Airport.
In, Homs Syrian Army advances in al-Khalidia neighborhood and the old city neighborhoods, as Syrian Air forces and artillery target the locations of Free Army militia and al-Nusra Front in the province countryside, what resulted in dozens of deaths and injuries.
