Syrian Army Commander inspects seized weapons in Daraa

Legendary commander of the elite Tiger Forces, Major General Suheil al-Hassan, paid a visit to his troops in the eastern countryside of Daraa in order to inspect the weapons seized from rebels.

The seized weapons have been handed over by rebel groups after concluding a surrender deal with the Syrian government.

The arsenal include ATGMs, tanks, BMPs, technical vehicles, heavy machineguns and various ammunition.

The battle-hardened Tiger Forces are expected to lead the offensive in the western countryside of the province following the end of military operations in the east.

The new military campaign aims at reclaiming all territories held by jihadi groups all the way to the Occupied Golan Heights.
