Syrian Army controls new areas in Homs and Free Army loses 200 in Edlib countryside

Syrian Arab Army has achieved important advances inside Homs city, meanwhile Free Army militia has withdrawal from the battle of “al-Fateh al-Mubeen” which has been initiated yesterday in Edib countryside after inflicting heavy loses.

Elements of the armed militias in al-Waer neighborhood have forced the residents to make a general strike, closing shops, as they have imposed curfew on the residents.

Our correspondent says that Syrian Arab Army has achieved great advance in al-Souq area in the middle of Homs and retaken blocks which were controlled by armed men.

Free Army militia withdraws from “al-Fateh al-Mubeen” battle after losing 200 members.

Syrian Army has defeated the insurgents in the battle of “al-Fateh al-Mubeen” which has been initiated by Free Army militia over the military checkpoints yesterday, where the militants have withdrawn from the battle after suffering heavy losses in Edlib countryside.

According to our correspondent quoting an informed source, on condition of anonymity, as saying that Syrian Army has killed about 200 militants, including the rebel leader of “Jund al-Rahman” brigade Abed al-Rahman Ayyash and has destroyed more than 20 cars most of the loaded by machine guns.
