Syrian Army Destroys ISIL’s Fortified Stronghold in Homs



The Syrian Air Force bombed ISIL’s fortified positions and movements in Quaryatayn city Southeast of Homs.

ISIL positions and vehicles along with all terrorists and weapons inside them were destroyed during the airstrikes.

The Army’s airstrikes also destroyed gatherings and fortified positions of ISIL in Qassr al-Halabat area to the West of the ancient city of Palmyra (Tadmour).

An army unit eliminated in a concentrated operation a number of terrorists in the area surrounding Jisr al-Dmina near al-Rastan city.

Meantime, sources said liberation of Palmyra looms as Russian advisors airstrikes and equipment give the Syrian army and its allies, the National Defense Forces (NDF) and Hezbollah, a winning hand over ISIL.
